§ 1 Scope of Application, Customer Information
The following General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Escapulario OHG and consumers who purchase goods through our shop.
The contract language is German.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The offers presented on the internet constitute a binding offer to you to purchase goods.
(2) You may place one or more products in the shopping cart. During the ordering process, you enter your details and preferences regarding the payment method, delivery options and other relevant information.
Only by clicking the order button do you accept this offer to conclude a purchase contract.
§ 3 Customer Information: Storage of the Contract Text
Your order, including the details of the concluded contract, such as the type of product, price and other relevant information, will be stored by us.
We will send you the Terms and Conditions. You may also access the Terms and Conditions at any time via our website after the contract has been concluded.
As a registered customer, you can access your past orders through the customer login area, “My Account”.
§ 4 Customer Information: Correction Notice
You may correct your entries at any time before submitting your order by using the delete key.
We will inform you of further correction options during the ordering process.
You may also completely terminate the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window.
§ 5 Retention of Title
The purchased item remains our property until payment has been made in full.
§ 6 Statutory Liability for Defects
Statutory liability rights for defects apply to our goods.
