Returns
How does a return work?
Would you like to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the goods? Please contact us by email at info@escapulario.com or via the Contract withdrawal button and provide your customer number, the item number, the purchase date and, if you wish, the reason for the return.
Please return the goods in their original packaging, where possible, and in suitable shipping packaging. Textiles must not show any signs of use or wear beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Will I incur any costs for a return?
If you wish to return goods because they do not meet your expectations, you must return them to us at your own expense and ensure that the return shipment is sufficiently stamped or paid for.
Is an Item Defective?
We are sorry if this has happened — it should not, but it can occur. We want to communicate the complaints process clearly and transparently.
If you would like to make a complaint about an item, please contact us by email and provide your customer number, the purchase date, the item number and the reason for the complaint. One or two photos are always very helpful.
We will review your case and inform you by email or by phone about how we will proceed and what the next steps will be, as every case is individual.
Statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. For defects occurring within the statutory warranty period of two years from delivery, you have the statutory right to supplementary performance.
We do not accept liability for damage or defects caused by improper use, handling or storage, negligent or incorrect care and maintenance, excessive use or improper repair.
If a product purchased from us becomes damaged within the statutory warranty period, we will review the matter and, where necessary, coordinate with the relevant supplier or manufacturer regarding repair or replacement. Please note that the legal relationship regarding your statutory warranty rights remains between you and us as the seller.
We kindly ask for your patience during the processing of complaints, as each case must be reviewed individually.
Online Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the withdrawal function provided on our website.
If you use this online function, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal declaration on a durable medium, for example by email. This confirmation will include information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of receipt.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.

by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We shall make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling of the goods that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
