Returns
How does a return work?
Would you like to exercise your right of cancellation within 14 days of receiving the goods? Please contact us by email at info@escapulario.com. and let us know your customer number, the item number, the date of purchase and the reason for the return.
Please return the goods in the undamaged original packaging and in a suitable shipping box. It goes without saying that textiles must not have been used or worn.
Will I incur any costs for a return?
If you wish to return goods because you have changed your mind, you must send them back to us yourself at your own expense, with sufficient postage.
An item has a defect?
Too bad, that shouldn't be the case - but it can happen. We also want to communicate the subject of complaints clearly for you:
If you want to complain about an item, please send us an email with your customer number, the date of purchase, the item number and the reason for the complaint. 1 or 2 pictures are always very helpful.
We will look at your case and let you know by email or telephone how we will proceed and what will happen next - because every case is individual.
The warranty is subject to the statutory provisions. For all defects occurring during the statutory warranty period of 1 year from delivery, you have the statutory right to subsequent fulfilment. We accept no liability for damage and defects resulting from improper use, operation, storage, negligent or incorrect care and maintenance, overuse or improper repair. If a product purchased from us is damaged within the warranty period, we will forward it to the respective supplier, who will then decide whether to repair or replace it. Unfortunately, we can only recognise complaints once they have been confirmed by the manufacturer - so please be patient while we process them.

Right of cancellation:
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Escapulario OHG, Hoppertstr. 12, 90409 Nürnberg, info@escapulario.com, Phone: 0911-5300621) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of cancellation:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
