Shipping and Payment Terms
Here you will find an overview of our shipping conditions:
Standard Shipping within Germany
Within Germany, we offer free shipping for orders with a value of €30.00 or more.
For orders below €30.00, shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of €4.50. Products that are in stock are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, depending on the order value, plus the transit times of the respective shipping service provider.
Standard Shipping to EU Countries
For standard shipping to EU countries, shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of €9.90. The flat-rate shipping costs apply to the respective country listed. Products that are in stock are usually delivered within approximately 2 weeks, depending on the order value.
Standard Shipping to Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom
For standard shipping to Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom, shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of €16.50. Products that are in stock are usually delivered within approximately 2 weeks, depending on the order value.

Standard International Shipping
All other countries are supplied only upon request. If you are located in a country that is not listed here, please send us an order request by email to info@escapulario.com.
Shipping Service Providers
As soon as you place an order with us, we will start processing it as quickly as possible. We usually ship with GLS and DHL — quickly, safely and reliably.
Returns
You may cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
Once your return has arrived back with us, it will be carefully inspected. After inspection, the refund will be issued to the payment method you selected when placing the order. This may take up to 10 days. We kindly ask for your understanding and thank you for your patience.

Return shipping is always at the buyer’s expense. If you have any questions regarding returns, you can contact us at any time at info@escapulario.com.
Collection from Our Escapulario Store in Nuremberg
If you choose to collect your order from our Escapulario store, no shipping costs will apply. Goods ordered for collection will be available, provided they are in stock, within 1 week.
Domestic and International Shipping
Depending on the volume of orders, delays in processing and shipping may unfortunately occur. We kindly ask for your understanding in this regard.
The usual transit times of the respective shipping companies apply. Claims cannot be asserted against us for longer delivery times caused by the shipping service provider.
Payment Options
You have the option to pay in advance by bank transfer. In our B2B area, we do not offer any other payment methods.
After your order has been received, you will receive an invoice that is due for payment. Dispatch will only take place after payment has been received.
How Does Payment by Credit Card Work?
To make online payments even more secure, the card verification code is required for credit card payments.
For Eurocard/Mastercard, you will find the three-digit code at the top right of the signature strip on the back of your card.
After entering your credit card details, you will be redirected to a secure page provided by your bank. If your bank participates in the 3D Secure process, you will be asked to enter your 3D Secure code, which you can create during the order process or beforehand on your bank’s website.

We place the highest importance on your security when processing payments. Your information is, of course, transmitted only in encrypted form, so that it cannot be read by third parties.
